Getting the body you want is a struggle. It is an up-and-down battle with the health goals in your life. There is much information out there that you become overwhelmed with various solutions. Who can you trust to guide you safely to where you want to go?
You may have trusted the wrong person in the past. Your disappointment made you stop working and give up. But deep inside, you want to keep going to be stronger and healthier – so you can be around for your wife when she needs you.
Doing a weight loss program is not a simple task. You can do it alone, but you risk injuring your body. It’s better you ask help from a personal trainer to help you find what works for you. They don’t have to be a celebrity health & fitness expert – any good trainer can help you get results.
One person that you can follow to get great results is Nate Miyaki.
He is the author of the popular book, Half Day Diet (previously titled “Feast Your Fat Away”). Nate has helped countless clients get into better shape and enjoy living healthier lives. His clientele ranges from beginner enthusiasts to seasoned experts – including sports athletes and fitness models.
Nate struggled with weight loss since he was a baby …
Although he is a highly sought trainer today, Nate Miyaki wasn’t born in good shape. He wasn’t born with genetics or the mesomorph body type. In fact, when he was a baby, he was called “Sumo Baby” because he was a chubby kid.
When he was a teenager, he had a skinny fat body. Skinny fat is when you are skinny but have a high fat percentage in your body. He played sports including football and also became involved in wrestling.
Nate had an obsession with getting a great body since a young age. But all the sports and training he did made his body feel uncomfortable many times. He had food sensitivities that upset his stomach. Bulking phases to get a bigger body made him fat. The strict workout schedule and diet plan made him miss out on his friends and social life.
It was during this time that he went on a Paleo diet. But this diet had several negative side effects:
- It made him lose muscle mass that he had gained previously
- It made his body weaker, so he caught many viruses and colds
- It made him feel less energy
- And worst of all it made his sexual desire drop drastically
When you are at a young age – and especially if you are into exercising – these side effects are your worst nightmare. You become weak and sick, and you have no sexual drive. Nate knew he was doing something wrong, so he decided to revise his approach.
The discovery of the Half Day Diet
After suffering the side effects of forcing his body, Nate went to study. He read books and research, talked with his health and fitness colleagues, and consulted with athletes. It was then he found the combination of Paleo diet and sports nutrition that worked for him.
- He regained his muscle mass but without the fat
- His body became stronger so he could be more productive
- His energy levels felt great and youthful
- And his sexual desire returned to the level of a healthy young man
Nate even entered fitness competitions and won his weight class at Musclemania Natural Bodybuilding World Championship. He felt great, full of energy, and happy with what he has achieved.
Of course, Nate knew that he had to figure out whether his method worked for other people. Many of his friends and clients asked what he did to get a great shape without suffering side effects. Nate told them of his new Half Day Diet plan – and his clients experienced the same great results.
Perhaps the most important person Nate helped is his wife, Kalai Diamond. Kalai is not a fitness pro nor does she work in the fitness industry. She is a regular person with a normal day job that requires work from 9 to 5. But what’s immediately distinctive about Kalai is that she is in great shape – doubly true for a 40-year-old woman!
With all the results Nate Miyaki has achieved for himself, his wife, his friends, and clients, it’s no doubt he has developed a solid diet program that is proven to work. The Half Day Diet program is not the one and only that works, but it is one that can work and does work for normal people.
